The course is co-hosted by the Oregon HIDTA and the Western Regional Counterdrug Training Center ( WRCTC) and funded through a Congressional Appropriation, WRCTC is part of the National Guard Counterdrug training program. There is no cost for this class to either police agencies or participants.
