Meet Kent Williams
Annual Conference Presenter

After many positive reviews and feedback from a previous conference, the OACP has invited Kent Williams back to speak at our Annual Conference. Kent is the owner of Breach Point Consulting and has been involved in law enforcement as a police officer for over 32 years, where he recently retired as Chief of Police for a Chicago area police department. Most recently through the development of Breach Point Consulting he has launched several courses being taught on a national level, based upon the principles of Servant Leadership and how simple shifts in organizational perspective can profoundly reduce the stress, frustration and open anger expressed throughout the typical law enforcement agency. We look forward to hearing from Kent as he brings fresh material and insight to this year's conference.

Nominate a Peer for an OACP Award
Here's a little encouragement from Chief Robin Sells, Awards Committee Co-Chair:

With the Annual Conference just around the corner, now is your chance to nominate your peers for an OACP Award. We all know someone who has gone above and beyond. Why not nominate them for an award?
The last day to submit your nominations is Friday, March 13.
