Ukrainian Police Officials meet at DPSST
Chief John Teague (Keizer) and Chief Jim Ferraris (Woodburn) met with Ukrainian police and government officials from the city of Dnipro, Ukraine. A variety of topics were discussed including community policing, training, certification, and corruption prevention.

2019 All-America City Finalist - Cornelius, OR

The OACP congratulates Cornelius, OR for being one of 10 cities in the country to win the National Civic League 2019 All-America City Award. This award is America's oldest and most prestigious community recognition award honoring exemplary problem solving and collaboration to address local challenges. Cornelius has responded to changing demographics by bringing residents together to: enhance economic development through a comprehensive downtown redevelopment plan; construct a new library and learning center; and reform its police department.
