Carlton PD found a
creative way to bring some positivity to their community.
Chief
Kevin Martinez chose a green ribbon to put on the patrol cars' antennas
to represent optimism, healing, well-being, calm, safety, harmony,
freshness, life, and renewal. The green ribbon is a reminder that,
although we are in this crisis right now, there is reason for hope.
They are also displaying a teddy bear with a Green ribbon in the window
of their patrol cars.
